Sampled this lager style in the Three Judges, Glasgow in July 2010. Clear pale straw in colour with a thick foam white head. Thin mouthfeel and good lacing. Clean zesty floral hop in the short aroma. Pale lager malts give a noticeable sweetness of glycerine fruit to the main flavour. This is weak and short lived however and the hops are in the same vein. A slight floral citrus number but really lacking in strength for 5%. Tastes like a weak continental pilsner in the aftertaste. Bitter flavours dominate in the finish with a dry wheaty note. One for the hot summer days.
